If you redeemed your PayPal reward but did not receive a notification from PayPal in 24 hours please try these steps:
- Make sure that the e-mail addressed registered with Shopalong is the same e-mail address as the one registered with PayPal. If you have already redeemed your reward with the wrong e-mail address you will need to contact a Shopalong Sidekick to help you.
- If you received an error message on the Shopalong site when trying to redeem your PayPal reward then we have been notified about it and we will look into the issue and notify you when you can try to redeem again. You don't need to contact us unless you haven't heard from us within 24-48 hours.
